These terms set out the agreement between Best Choices Travel (“we”, “us”) and our travelers (“you”). Please review them carefully before booking a tour. By confirming a reservation, you accept these conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• To secure your tour, a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of confirmation.
• Final balance is due 21 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure payment link.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure your passport and visas are valid for travel to Morocco.
• Inform us of health conditions, dietary needs, or mobility considerations.
• Purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical and trip interruption.

3. Liability

We work with vetted suppliers and licensed guides. However, we are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or government actions. Our liability is limited to the cost of services we provide directly.
