Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change—we aim to remain flexible while compensating our local partners fairly. Review the schedule below for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund of payments made minus non-refundable supplier fees.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund of the tour balance.
• 14 days or less: payments are non-refundable. We will assist with rescheduling where possible.

2. Force Majeure

If external events (natural disasters, border closures) prevent travel, we will offer postponement or credit valid for 18 months.

3. Cancellation by Best Choices Travel

In the rare case we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to an equivalent tour or new date.
